Ciclos Major is the brainchild of Darryl Leese, who’s been running cycling training camps and holidays on the stunning island of Mallorca for over 20 years. In other words, he knows the island better than most locals know their own street. But Darryl isn’t one to rest on his laurels—or his handlebars. As we’ve entered a new decade, he realised something important: for some, Mallorca is still an exciting new destination. But for others who’ve visited time and again, the novelty may have faded. That simply won’t do.
So, together with co-founder Liz Rooney, Darryl hit ‘refresh’ on the Ciclos Major strategy. The mission? To put the spark back into your Mallorca experience—and then some.
With a brand new base and an upgraded team of guides offering full support for both cyclists and triathletes, Ciclos Major delivers a modern, premium take on cycling holidays or triathlon camps. The name Ciclos Major naturally nods to cycling in Mallorca, but it also hints at Puig Major, the highest (and one of the most glorious) peaks on the island—likely to be on your hit list.
Our logo’s zigzag line? That’s not just a mountain switchback—it’s your heartbeat as you take in Mallorca’s turquoise bays, pine forests, stone villages, and the occasional mountain goat photobomb.
And our slogan, “It’s all about experience,” carries double meaning:
